In as much as no two deliveries are the same, no two drop-offs will be alike. Indeed, from mountainous driveways to endless flights of stairs, the final destination of the cargo, could be anywhere.
Double checking the details, and special instructions, at the dropoff is important. Not only does it help with the completion but it also helps the courier.
