  • The flawless delivery and the money tree, is one better than the other?

The flawless delivery and the money tree, is one better than the other?

The flawless delivery is a myth. The close to flawless delivery is spot on. The money tree is also a myth. I’m certain there isn’t anything close to a money tree. Most parents can confirm that statement as fact.

This information is not breaking news, and is common knowledge. Furthermore, the close to flawless delivery, is a more realistic take on deliveries in general.

Couriers are running day and night. Therefore, deliveries are expected to be numerous. In fact, plentiful amounts of deliveries are best. Not only single deliveries, but also stacks, and larger stacks.

    Flawless Delivery

The basic steps of a delivery are the same from pickup to dropoff. The details of the delivery change every time. Paying attention to the details, is bread and butter, for the courier.

That’s the delivery details, the courier is still on the hook for all the other details as well. For example, traffic, vehicle info and weather conditions, and more. There is much going on at the same time, subsequently things happen, and the delivery becomes flawed.

This example is not akin to cargo hitting the floor due to sudden stops. However, that can easily happen. And will, once. After the first time there should never be a second. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Everytime.

The flawless delivery and the money tree, is one better than the other?

A delivery can be flawed by simply missing the driveway. The time it takes the courier to stop and turn around is lost time. The perfect delivery slipped away, as the driveway did.

This brings us back to the question of the flawless delivery and the money tree, is one better than the other? It’s an easy answer. No.

They are both myths. And if they are not, they are closely guarded secrets. Stay safe out there.
