The delivery rush is an earnings opportunity for the courier. The rush is an all out delivery bonanza. During a rush, the courier will have ample opportunity to make a selection from the delivery queue. Upon completion, there will be more.
With this in mind, a dinner rush can last at least two hours. Sometimes longer. A lunch rush might only be heavy for thirty minutes. Then stall. Only to return again, and run heavy, for the remainder of the lunch window. A rush can be unpredictable. To say the least.
The after rush delivery
Similarly, a rush can be short lived. Weekday nights are a good example of this. Furthermore, some nights, in particular, can be short and sweet. This means the delivery queue will slow down sooner in the evening. This is usually a good sign that the after rush deliveries are about to happen.
The after rush delivery is the offer that comes into the queue after the normal rush hours have passed. Likewise, it will be from a late night merchant. Additionally, there is a percentage of people that work second and third shift jobs. These same people enjoy the convenience of having their lunch delivered. At work or at home, it is an advantage to secure a delivery almost anytime of the day. Or night.

Similarly, the amount of deliveries offered, can be related to stats. As always, the higher the ratings for the courier, the better the chances for positive offers from the queue. Furthermore, the later in the evening the delivery is accepted, the better.
In fact, the later the courier is on the road, the less busy the road is. Particularly after midnight. Not only does this improve arrival times but also completion times. This makes the after rush delivery close to the best delivery window possible. Stay safe out there.
