Sharing the Road for Stress Free Fun

Roadwork, traffic jams and redlights, also lane closures, detours and emergency vehicles. Sometimes all of these are happening at the same time.

Lane changes, stop signs as well as pedestrians. Sidewalks, school zones and radar. And these can all be happening at the same time.

That’s just to name a few of the many distractions that can occur behind the wheel. Furthermore, with some of these distractions comes an unwanted guest.

That infamous six letter word. Stress.

    Sharing the road

Stress is a part of being a courier. It sits at the edges of concentration like a waiting hawk.

Stress gnaws at the thoughts as the seconds tick by. Similarly, it slips its way into the focus of the current task. Moreover it transforms each task into a pressuresome event.

Imagine mixing all that stress with the different scenarios listed above. This sounds like a recipe for disaster.

That’s why having a ‘sharing the road‘ disposition, can help reduce that six letter word to duck, I mean, zero.

    Stress Free Fun

Sometimes it’s as simple as taking a few minutes and clearing the personal queue.

Furthermore, remembering random acts of kindness also helps reduce stress, and makes for stress free fun.

In fact, every time a courier does a random act of kindness, someone benefits in some way! Consequently, this leads to less stress!
