One of the most celebrated holidays is just around the corner. As expected the delivery scene is off the charts! Whatever it is, if it fits in the ride it’s deliverable. Furthermore, there will be more.

This will continue through Christmas day. Without a doubt Christmas day will also be busy this year! It was one of the busier holidays last year. I worked a good shift on Christmas day last year. Well worth the time spent. It was also fun spreading a little courier Christmas cheer.

I think I got between twelve and fifteen runs for seven hours. It was not bad. For a holiday. I had time, that day, to think about Santa. Moreover, all the deliveries that guy covers in a night!

Deliveries

I mean, surely, only Fedex or UPS or the USPS could know how Santa feels. Not only has he got to cover every country, but also every continent. Yeah that’s extreme right there! That means the South pole too. The furthest away from his home base.

I did wonder about the sleigh, and his delivery bag as well. Now there is a subject of interest, Santa’s delivery bag. It sure can hold a lot for being so normal in size. In fact it can hold an entire world’s worth of deliveries. Seems strange that more pizza joints haven’t tapped into that yet.

It should be noted that no one knows the type of GPS system Santa uses. That is one secret that has managed to stay a secret. Rudolph guides. The nose lights the way. Santa’s GPS system is tied to the naughty/nice list. They could be one in the same, no one really knows.

Still though, how many deliveries does Santa get in one night? It must be an extreme amount! One thing is certain, however, Santa knows his stuff! This article is meant to be a fun one. It’s absolutely highly opinionated! It is only a partial work of fiction! Stay safe out there.
