Holidays, hotels and hashbrowns, the happy hot dog hustle
Driving and delivering cargo for pay, can be an exciting way to earn a living. It can also be a sidehustle that fits well, with a busy schedule.
Delivery driving has an element of adventure that is always changing. The adventure unfolds along the course of many miles, and stops and starts. It’s almost impossible to say where the adventure will end.
There are times when the journey brings the courier back to familiar places, and sweet furbaby faces. That is an excellent perk of the job, depending on how happy the furbaby is to see the courier!

Even though there is the delicious and enticing smell of roast beef and turkey subs permeating the air all around, the furbaby has to be sure the courier has the goods! This also goes for the delivery of those goods. All the goods.
Once the cargo has been handed over, the furbaby can celebrate a job well done! The courier was defeated and has to forfeit the cargo! Current score: furbaby 1, courier 0. However, there is time for some petting before it’s time to go. Better luck next time, courier. See ya.
Now that old friends have been petted and the cargo delivered, it’s time for more adventure. It wouldn’t be a day or night of deliveries if not for a lengthy walk down a hotel corridor or two. This is after a ride in the elevator that squeaks and creaks. Like the one in the horror movie from last night. Too spooky.
All of this goes into the hustle of picking up and delivering cargo. The holidays are a part of it, and are some of the better days to use a delivery app. To create extra earnings.
This, of course, brings us to the hashbrowns. Every courier knows about hashbrowns, they are tasty and go well with eggs. They also go well with bacon. Stay safe out there.
