Exploring better earnings with the crew experience.
The crew courier has different experiences than the solo courier. Crew driving is high energy and fast paced. A merchant delivery crew, is especially important, for clearing the delivery queue during a rush. An intense rush. A good dinner rush can stress even the best crews.
With this in mind, the courier may find that additional focus is needed to operate at a crew level. Not only is the courier tending to the queue but also working as part of a team.

Furthermore, the other crew is also working to clear the queue. It is paramount that all the couriers, stay on the same page. When on the same crew. And on the same dispatch board. It is often the third or fourth entry on the board the courier will be concerned with.
Depending on the size of the delivery crew, the courier may have deliveries without a wait for the next delivery to be prepared. It is almost a guarantee in a rush. Furthermore, this is why (under ideal circumstances) the experienced crew courier can average four deliveries per hour.
However, there are mitigating factors. For example the size and scale of the rush. Also the direction and location of customers. Drop-offs that are similarly positioned, can be sent out together. Doubles or triples. The courier will already be in the area with one delivery. Bringing another to drop-off along the way, is a bonus.
Crew Experience
Most merchants with a delivery crew, have a delivery range. The range is a radius outward, from the location of the merchant. This is as the crow flies. The merchant is able to set this limit in places where delivery orders are received. This ensures there will not be mileage beyond the set limit.
It’s in the courier’s best interest to complete deliveries as fast as possible. The quicker the better. Not only will this improve the courier’s ratings but also the merchant’s. The ratings are important to the courier, whether running solo or with crew. This is a beginning look at the crew driving experience.
