It was a good delivery. The pickup was smooth and timely. The traffic was thin. And confirming the drop-off, was well within the allowed time. Therefore, it was a good delivery. Until the ratings came down. And then that smile turned upside down. What the? That is sometimes how it feels. In fact, there are deliveries that go so well, they should be recorded for tutorials. Yet they yield the worst ratings. This will leave a courier rethinking, and over analyzing, everything.
However, when it’s actual constructive feedback, it’s a valuable asset for the courier. Knowing what areas to improve is key. It has a direct impact on the ratings. Especially when improving things.
