Most deliveries are routine. The process is usually simple, from start to finish. The courier arrives at the pickup location, and confirms an accurate pickup. Then delivers it to a drop-off location. During the delivery, there are steps to follow, if the courier is using a delivery app. If the name of the delivery app is unknown, the process is still the same. Across the various platforms.
With this in mind, there are different ways for the courier to offer feedback. Especially when things are not up to par. In some apps, the feedback options are standard, and have options for a detailed summary of events. While other delivery apps, encourage a detailed accounting of an issue.

This is similar to a crew manager, for the merchant, with an in-house crew. The courier has a recourse of action when a delivery issue arises. The courier shares the details with a crew manager.
