Catering delivery
This is when delivery equipment comes into play. For example, thermal heat bags and small portable carts. Heat bags come in many shapes and sizes. They are also made for different types of carryout food. Such as pizza. Small portable carts are the same way. They come in many shapes and sizes.
Some are best at assisting the courier with extreme amounts of cargo. In other words, the cart saves trips to and from the ride. This saves the courier time. Especially when setting up the delivery.

A special comparison
The delivery itself is the same. However, when the courier meets the customer at the door, it will be to make the drop off. Then collect the cash for the delivery. It is important for the courier to collect the appropriate amount. Furthermore, the courier pockets the money.
Subsequently, the cash is deducted from the next series of deliveries. Until it is paid back. Through the app. This is an added delivery type. The courier can opt into it, or out of it. There are couriers that prefer not to carry cash. If this is the case, it is best to choose the opt out option. It’s available when logging into the app. Stay safe out there.
