When the rush is on, and everything is moving hyper fast, the feeling of being in the zone is to be expected.

While on a recent run, the rush was becoming intense and moving at a blistering pace. Traffic was maxed, and the competition was heating up. A little known ghost kitchen was next up in the que. Moved on it quickly to make the arrival time ahead of schedule. Mission accomplished.
Being a little known, start-up ghost kitchen is without doubt, daunting and challenging. Long wait times are possible, and are good opportunities for adding molasses for easy peace of mind. In short, having patience with the process, and not stressing a slow down.
This little known ghost kitchen had excellent follow through. The cargo was ready much sooner than some top brand merchants could manage, with the same circumstances.
The experience was perfect for thinking about slowing down, as molasses does, and having some patience for that sweet reward!
