A strong work ethic and the pioneering spirit
Ask any courier what part of the job they like most, and the answer hardly ever involves money. In fact, if a courier answers money, there’s a leg being pulled somewhere. Couriers understand a strong work ethic. It takes grit and follow through, to successfully complete deliveries. Therefore, the definition of successful for the courier, is the pay.
Furthermore, pay happens after the courier completes the delivery. Solo couriers using a delivery app, expect to do the work before collecting pay. Therefore, many couriers develop unique ways to improve performance. Not only does this lead to faster completions but also better customer service. By combining a strong work ethic with a pioneering spirit, the results can be out of this world.

A Strong Work Ethic
Yes, you read that right. Three separate launches, into space, over the course of two days. Furthermore, much of the equipment being used, has been used on previous missions. For example, the first stage booster supporting the Starlink Mission will be making its 22nd flight. Not only is this an outstanding work ethic example, but also it is the very essence of efficiency.

With this in mind, it’s easy to see why many couriers respect the outstanding, and proven, work ethic of SpaceX. A company with a mission to “Make Life Multiplanetary” is an excellent source of inspiration.
Likewise, they have the art of the delivery, down to a science. Having moved more cargo into space this year, than anyone else in the world. And they stick the landing. Except for when they use custom designed tower chopsticks, to catch a booster the size of a twenty story building. F*** yes it is unbelievably cool. It is the epitome of the pioneering spirit. The art of the delivery is something every courier works to achieve. Faster, more accurate deliveries will set the courier up for overall success. And a strong work ethic, sets the courier up for future success. A strong work ethic also keeps a courier on their toes. In other words, the courier is alert, and searching for ways to improve.
Therefore, improvising better ways to complete a delivery is the essence of the delivery courier. Furthermore, a strong work ethic is easy to develop with consistency. And necessity is the mother of invention. The courier benefits from moving quickly. Similarly the courier improves when working with a pioneering spirit.
